   3. Payment: Payment terms and methods will be discussed and agreed upon prior to providing the services. Payment for services rendered is due in full according to the agreed-upon schedule.

   4. Cancellation and Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule a cleaning appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee of $100.

   5. Liability and Insurance: While we take utmost care in providing our services, accidents or damages may occur. We are insured and will make reasonable efforts to rectify any damages caused by our team. However, we are not liable for any damages to items not properly secured, pre-existing damages, or damages due to improper maintenance.

   6. Privacy: We respect your privacy and handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.
